So sieht unser typischer Prozess mit Privatkunden aus: Kontaktiere uns per Telefon, E-Mail oder Kontaktformular für eine formlose Anfrage und wir werden uns mit weiteren Informationen bei dir melden.Wenn wir das Gespräch fortsetzen, vereinbaren wir einen kostenlosen 45-60 minütigen Beratungstermin (Videoanruf, vor Ort oder in unserem Büro), um ein besseres Verständnis des Projektkontexts, des Umfangs und der Erwartungen zu erhalten.Nach diesem kostenlosen Termin wird dir ein erstes Kennenlernpaket angeboten, bestehend aus einer Zusammenfassung des Besuchs, Gedanken und Ideen, Photos, Recherche, z.B. Collagen, erste Skizzen und/oder ein Moodboard. Diese Leistung ist optional und kann genutzt werden, um Klarheit über die nächsten Schritte zu gewinnen, als Ausgangspunkt für die weitere Zusammenarbeit mit uns oder um zu einem anderen Architekten zu gehen.Wenn du daran interessiert bist, mit uns weiter zu arbeiten, werden wir ein weiteres Treffen vereinbaren, um Umfang und Ziele zu besprechen. Daran schließt sich ein Honorarvorschlag an. Wir stimmen unser Leistungsspektrum individuell auf deine Bedürfnisse als Kunden ab.Unsere Architekturhonorare, die sich an der Honorarordnung für Architekten (HOAI) orientieren, hängen von der Projektgröße, -qualität und Leistungsumfang ab, und bewegen sich im Bereich von ca. 10-25% der Baukosten, oder werden stundenweise abgerechnet, wenn es sich um kleine Projekte handelt.
Planning Packages — Residential*
These are suggestions for how different packages might look. We of course also offer classic services based on the German HOAI fee structure, hourly billing, or fully customized packages tailored to your project. Just get in touch!
Light Planning Package
Planning without the extras: this typically includes drawings with floor plans, sections, elevations, and details, schematic perspective sketches, and one or more simple working models in cardboard or as a basic 3D model without materials. Suitable for very small projects with manageable complexity.
Light Planning — Interior Consultation
45–60 minute introductory meeting (virtual or on-site) to discuss wishes, expectations, and budget; site measurements; floor plan in 3D; furniture layout options in simplified 3D with product and implementation ideas within budget; mood board; color concept.
€700–900 + VAT per room (up to 25 sqm).
Standard Package
In addition to everything in the Light Planning Package: photorealistic renderings of the key spaces, color and material concept / mood board, material sampling, and detailed design for custom millwork and joinery.
(For residential projects, a kitchen concept is included, though not detailed kitchen planning. Coordination with an external kitchen planner is included.)
Lighting design, landscape planning, and smart home systems are coordinated with specialist planners to the extent required for architectural integration.
Plus Package
For our most discerning clients:
In addition to everything in the preceding packages: in-depth interviews, questionnaires, or workshops with clients, users, and other stakeholders; a physical presentation model after the design phase; photorealistic interior and exterior renderings of all desired spaces; a virtual 3D walkthrough of the building upon completion of the design phase; visits to reference projects; color and material concept / mood boards with sampling, including accompanied visits to tile, material, kitchen, and furniture showrooms; consultation on mockups and 1:1 models; coordination and close collaboration with landscape architects and lighting designers to achieve a cohesive design vision inside and out. A book documenting the process and the completed project rounds off the package.
Pipe Dream Package
For clients with the courage and passion for particularly innovative or experimental architecture, we offer collaborations on attractive terms.
Pro Bono Package
We donate up to 40 working hours per year to a project for a non-profit organization. Feel free to apply with a short description of your concept.
